Mandibular advancement surgery is usually indicated in skeletally mature patients with hypoplastic mandible for
restoration of harmonious maxillomandibular relationship in all the three planes apart from improving facial aesthetics,
oro-facial functions and overall quality of life. Mandibular advancement is also an effective modality for treatment of
Obstructive Sleep Apnea with minimal incidence of post-operative complications. This case series describes
interdisciplinary management of two skeletal Class II cases with hypoplastic mandible and associated Obstructive Sleep
Apnea with mandibular advancement surgery. This would help the clinician in diagnosis and treatment planning of such
cases.
